Delivery Policy
At GrosGo, we deliver fresh groceries and authentic food products. All orders are subject to
availability. If an item cannot be fulfilled, applicable refunds will be processed within 48 hours of
dispatch.
Local Delivery (Within 12 miles of TW13 4LB)
Local delivery is available within approximately 12 miles of our Feltham location. Same-day or
next-day delivery may be available depending on order volume and availability.
UK-Wide Delivery (Evri)
UK-wide delivery is available via Evri for orders up to 20kg per checkout. Estimated delivery time is
2–4 business days from dispatch.
Delivery Terms
Deliveries are made on working days. No deliveries are made on Public or Bank Holidays. Delivery
instructions are followed where possible; GrosGo is not responsible for loss once items are left in a
safe place as instructed.
Order Weight Limit
Maximum order weight is 20kg per checkout. For bulk orders, please contact us before placing an
order.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be amended once placed. Cancellations before dispatch receive a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
